Our Tauranga workshop is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead our small workshop team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our diverse fleet of buses and coaches is road-ready and running smoothly for daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small workshop team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Ensure our fleet of buses and coaches is road-ready and maintained to a high standard.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organised workshop environment.
- Manage admin tasks like payroll and our fleet systems as part of the role.
Qualifications
5+ years of industry experience as a Diesel Mechanic with strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair skills.Previous leadership experience or readiness to step up — you are a clear communicator, experienced in mentoring / training and confident in leading a team.You take pride in maintaining a tidy, well-organised workshop.You have a team player mindset and collaborative approach to work as part of a tight-knit team.What is on offer
