Job Description

We are looking for a Sterilisation Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis!

Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about upholding the highest standards of infection control in a clinical setting?

In this vital role, you'll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

What You'll be doing :

Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment

Accurately monitoring and recording sterilisation processes

Assisting with infection control procedures across the clinic

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Assisting with stock management

Supporting clinical staff with room setups and patient turnaround

Assisting the dentist chairside (training provided)

Jumping in at reception as needed and supporting our front-desk team (training provided)

This is a multi-trained position, meaning you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas—from clinical support to patient-facing duties.

A background in the medical field is a big plus!

Working Hours for this role :

Monday to Thursday : 10 : 00am – 5 : 30pm (Friday work may be available as needed)

Flexibility is key—some earlier starts may be required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical field is preferred due to the nature of the work

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

A positive and team-orientated approach to all you do

Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
