Key Responsibilities

• Sample Handling :
• Collect, label, prepare, and process specimens for various analyses and tests.
• Equipment Management :
• Clean, sterilize, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure it is functional and reliable.
• Experiment Support :
• Assist senior scientists and researchers in conducting experiments and trials, including setting up equipment and gathering materials.
• Data & Documentation :
• Accurately record and compile experimental data, log readings, and manage laboratory documentation and records.
• Inventory and Supplies :
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of lab supplies, ordering replacements as needed and ensuring the lab is well-stocked.
• Quality Control :
• Support quality control procedures and ensure that all laboratory operations meet established standards and regulations.
• Safety & Compliance :
• Adhere to all safety procedures, handle hazardous materials correctly, and comply with relevant health and safety regulations, such as OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA.
• Clerical Duties :
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry into digital systems and managing lab records.
