Reporting to the General Manager – People, Performance and Culture, you'll be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our digital strategy.

If you're passionate about enabling business success through technology and are ready to make a lasting difference—we'd love to hear from you.QualificationsOo puumanawa me oo wheako | Your skills and experienceA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management; or other relevant discipline.At least ten years' post-qualification experience in an information technology role, ideally in a large, complex business environment.An additional ten years' experience leading high-performing digital teams, ideally in a large, complex business environment.Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills with a strong record of achievement and the ability to inspire, lead and build capability in teams.Experience implementing large enterprise solutions or other significant digital transformation projects.Experience with Local Authority specific applications and solutions (preferably).
