Landscape Department 2IC - Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead

Are you passionate about the outdoors and love helping people bring their landscaping visions to life? We’re looking for a reliable and energetic 2IC to support our Landscape Team at Mitre 10 Ferrymead.

About the Role

As 2IC, you’ll be working hands-on in the elements, assisting customers with their landscaping projects and supporting the department lead in day-to-day operations. This is a physically active role that involves customer service, stock management, and maintaining a safe and tidy yard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on landscaping products
• Support the department Team Leader with team coordination and daily operations
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming outdoor space
