We're on the lookout for a Customer Sales Consultant to join our tight-knit team on Rakiura (Stewart Island), where your job is literally to help people have the time of their lives.

This isn't your average customer service gig.

You'll be the friendly face welcoming guests to our island paradise, helping them book unforgettable tours, explore local gems, and discover everything RealNZ and Stewart Island have to offer.

From retail to reservations, from the wharf to the wild - this is a multi-faceted role for someone who loves variety, people, and the great outdoors.

What you'll be doing :

• greet guests, share your local knowledge, and help them plan their perfect island experience.

Keep things running smoothly

Be a connector

What we're looking for :

A people-person with a passion for travel and storytelling

Experience in customer service and / or sales

Great communication and a proactive, can-do attitude

A full driver's licence (P endorsement is a bonus!)
