OverviewDate : 5 days agoArea : Queenstown, CentralContract : Full timeJob Purpose : Lead technology and AI / GenAI initiatives to strengthen the bank's operational resiliency and business continuity management.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement BCM program initiatives to strengthen emergency response, crisis management and business resilience capabilities of DBS business and support units.Manage applications that enables the implementation of the BCM programmeProvide ready support to the Crisis Management Committee through effective and timely incident escalation and co-ordination of crisis response with the relevant stakeholders in the event of business disruptionDetailed Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the lead for managing BCM related applications for the team, the incumbent will need to : Design digital transformation and AI / GenAI initiatives to uplift the Bank's operational resiliency and business continuity capabilitiesEngage relevant stakeholders to ideate, plan and implement solutions to enhance BCM processesManage day-to-day maintenance of the applications including troubleshooting of issues raised by usersWork with the relevant vendors to ensure effective use of the application systems / servicesCo-ordinate BCM efforts at group level to develop effective group BCP recovery and response strategies, including Third Party business resilience.Support the bank's BCM programme to conduct organization-wide BCP exercises, validate the effectiveness of BU / SU BCP; monitor and track the BU / SU BCP improvement plans.Develop and execute training and awareness activities to raise BCM competency of DBS Group staff.Maintain operational readiness to support the Crisis Management Committee and conduct regular simulation exercises to validate the level of readiness.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes, policies and governance around BCM.RequirementsMin 10 years of related experience in Banking with working knowledge of the Bank's key functional processes, systems and resources, including working knowledge and application of audit and banking regulations.Possesses good organisational skills.Strong analytical / problem solving ability and leadership skillsAble to work collaboratively with stakeholders in Tech, RMG, HR, GSMC, CRESA and other units for a holistic view to manage Technology and group responses in an incident.
