In this role, you’ll be based at Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Auckland and lend your expertise across multiple hotels, supporting our New Zealand Portfolio and reporting to our Cluster Reservations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest excitement and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Support multiple hotels across the New Zealand Portfolio.
• Report to the Cluster Reservations Manager and collaborate with internal teams.
• Engage external stakeholders (travel agents, event creatives, corporate planners) to ensure seamless planning and bookings.
• Deliver warm, personalized guest interactions that foster repeat business.
