Job Description
Looking after our priority guests and managing the day to day disrupted flights and upgrades.
Manage all incoming booking inquiries, ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across the Auckland Airport Precinct.
Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Upsell room types, packages, and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.
Ensure all guest information, preferences, and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS)
Communicate guest requests and special requirements to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
Keep up to date with reservation systems, loyalty programs, promotions, and brand standards to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
You will be :
Must have experience in reservations within multi-Hotels or Chain.
Experience in Opera Cloud, PMS systems and excel
Fluent in English, with additional languages being advantageous
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, with a diploma or degree in hospitality management being preferred
Experienced in customer service, in the hospitality or travel industry
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Motivated to learn and stay updated on systems and brand standards
Must be able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Positive and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
