We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Duty Manager , someone who is motived and committed to assist with our new business here in Wellington, New Zealand . You will be managing the operation of the store during your shift and will provide excellent customer service. We guarantee minimum of 30 hours per week with the pay rate between $25 - $35p / h . You will be working as per roster hence flexibility is important in this role.
Your tasks include :
- Determining customer requirements and advising on available range and price
- Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints
- Accepting payment by cash and EFTPOS
- Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stock-takes
- Stacking and displaying products for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff
- Stock management and ordering.
- Communication with the supplier representatives.
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
Skills and experience required :
