About the Role

This full-time, office-based role is a key support position to the Finance Manager, offering the opportunity to step into a trusted, second-in-command role.

It's well-suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operations and is keen to improve systems, streamline processes, and contribute to the company's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Automate and streamline the Accounts Payable function, transitioning away from manual Excel-based processes

Reconcile supplier statements, prepare payment runs, and manage invoice workflows

Own month-end duties including journals, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets

Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy

Support budgeting and forecasting processes alongside the Finance & Admin Manager

Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making

Provide cover and leadership support in the absence of the Finance Manager

So who are you and what is your profile?

You're an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

You bring strong technical accounting knowledge, with confidence across payables, month-end, reconciliations, and reporting.

You're comfortable with systems (NetSuite experience is great but not essential), naturally proactive, and bring a sharp eye for improving processes.

Most importantly, you're someone who can be trusted to get things done, communicate clearly, and stay the course.
