We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager with a focus on Responsible Investing to join our dynamic team.

You'll play a key role in driving innovation, compliance, and customer outcomes across our wealth management products, with a particular emphasis on responsible investing and ESG.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities For This Role Include

Product & Service Development : Assist with continued development and implementation of a market-leading responsible investing approach, including product, service, and experience initiatives.

Deliver enhancements that drive customer outcomes and profitable growth.

Compliance & Risk : Craft high-quality responsible investing communications and reporting to ensure product compliance, legal, and risk obligations are met for the Wealth Product suite.

Customer Value Proposition : Combine customer research, competitor insights, industry trends, and product features to enhance the product suite's value and support activities that drive customer satisfaction and NPS.

Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across distribution channels, operational support, and critical functional teams to deliver initiatives.

Project Management : Manage and support projects from concept to post-implementation, breaking down complex processes and navigating approvals.

Technical Expertise : Provide technical product knowledge and guidance, especially in responsible investing, to support various business areas and solve customer needs.

Continuous Improvement : Contribute to strategic problem solving, process improvements, and support the financial and strategic goals of the Wealth Product team.

| What do I need to be successful?

5+ years' product management experience and / or a background in Banking, Investments, or Financial Services, with strong product knowledge (including KiwiSaver and / or managed investment schemes).

Experience with responsible investing approaches, reporting and disclosure, or ESG is desirable.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience with strategic problem solving and process improvements.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Analytical skills, comfortable working with financial, qualitative, and quantitative data.

Resilience and adaptability to pivot and adjust to new challenges and opportunities.
