This is a great opportunity to join the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) as our Health Promotion Contract Manager, where you'll combine your passion for mental wellbeing, strategic leadership skills and your knack for project and contract delivery.
Our Programmes and Resources team is a dynamic, purpose driven group working on initiatives that support rangatahi wellbeing, suicide prevention, workplace wellbeing, resource development and more. Guided by our kaupapa to lift the mental health and wellbeing of all people in Aotearoa, we value innovation, equity, and meaningful outcomes for communities.
The Role
As the Health Promotion Contract Manager, you’ll lead a team of multidisciplined specialists and contractors to deliver a range of community and sector-facing programmes. You’ll manage government contracts and MHF-funded projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to foster strong relationships and ensure all initiatives are culturally responsive and evidence based.

You will have
Tiriti o Waitangi and willingness to grow knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori.
What we offer
The salary band for this role is $106,985 - $127,472 and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience. Even if you don’t have every skill listed, we’d still love to hear from you.
