As a Product Manager, you'll be part of the team managing Westpac's suite of Business Products and Payments products.
Day to day you'll focus on the customer experience while managing the end-to-end aspects of delivery of products to market including strategic planning, business analysis, financial performance, pricing, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable working collaboratively in cross functional teams.
You must be an excellent communicator and will ideally come from a background in financial services.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Products and Payments team at Westpac.
You'll be working on the day-to-day management of the Business Lending portfolio, finding insights and opportunities to improve the products, acquiring and retaining customers, product reviews, competitor analysis, pricing, product development and simplification.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional product planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Analyse business financial performance, pricing models and risk to recommend improvements.
Govern product development cycles from ideation to launch.
Manage stakeholder relationships and drive efficient outcomes.
Deliver compelling product reviews and competitor insights.

Product Management experience, ideally in financial services.
Experience with business lending beneficial.
Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to fast and effective outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working cross-functionally across large organisations.
