Receptionist - Hillcrest Physiotherapy (Align Health Hillcrest)Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe\'re looking for an outstanding part time receptionist / administrator to join our front desk team at Hillcrest Physiotherapy.This position will suit a friendly, compassionate and efficient person who enjoys the challenge of working in a busy team where every day is different.Key to this role is an ability to deliver first class, front line reception and administration services, ensuring the smooth running of the front-of-house operations.

The ability to multi-task is crucial, as is the ability to maintain professionalism and a good sense of humour under pressure.Excellent computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office programs is essential and experience in medical or healthcare reception / administration is preferred.This is a part time role across five weekdays - initially 9.00AM to 3.00PM.

It is likely that in late 2026 the hours of the role will be updated to be 9.00AM to 1.30PM.Flexibility in working days / times and a willingness to take on extra hours from time to time is essential.Key attributes you will bring to this role : Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oralA professional personal presentationThe ability to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds in a respectful, calm and caring mannerKnowledge of a patient management system is an advantage but can be taught (Gensolve or similar)Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook)Professionalism in all admin and reception dutiesAccurate and timely processing of invoices and paymentsExcellent organisation skills and multi-taskingMeticulous attention to detailPunctuality and good time managementIf this sounds like you and you want to join a fun and positive team environment, please send your CV to (emailprotected).
