You will be the face of Les Mills, the first and last point of contact for our members.

You should be able to multitask in a busy environment and respond promptly to member inquiries.You will ideally : Have experience in a similar role with Duty Manager responsibilitiesHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy working with people and supporting your teamBe confident when meeting new peopleMaintain a professional appearance and keep an organized workspaceHave your own fitness journey and a passion for health and wellnessOur team is passionate and dedicated to health and wellness.

We expect the best from ourselves and each other.This role is full-time, requiring shifts throughout the week, including weekends, evenings, and opening / closing hours.
