Agency for Science, Technology and Research – QueenstownA qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands-on approach to engineering development and troubleshooting.Responsibilities : Independent management of scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance and Post PM / CM process recovery (Wet clean / etch, Dry Etch, Anneal, CMP, CVD, Metrology etc)Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.Manage PM schedule and adopt best practice to maintain and improve tool uptime, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)Vendor management (scheduling, quotation, PM / CM report preparation on vendor activities and equipment training)Drive continuous improvement project (CIP) to achieve better process quality and lower cost.Documentation of Equipment related SOP (PM / CM SOP, BKM, RA etc.) and provide technical training to related staff.Support internal audits as needed for ISO certificationTeamwork and risk assessment with process development and process control team and / or vendor to ensure tool baseline repeatability.Requirements : Degree graduate in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics EngineeringPreferably minimum 2~3 years of hands-on semiconductor experience in Etch, Wet, CVD, PVD or Metrology with hands-on experience with tool maintenance and operation.Candidate must be able to communicate inter-department at any technical level.Must be a self-starter, dependable and highly motivated.Preferred strong systematic problem solving and data analysis skills (ie RCA, DAMIC, DOE, FMEA, etc) and implement engineering solutions.
