Te Kotuku Rerenga Tahi
Te Kotuku Rerenga Tahi is APM's two-year graduate programme.
APM have been running a programme for New Graduates since 2017 and have drawn on years of experience to design a programme based on feedback from previous years.
APM New Graduates are welcomed into our team and supported to deliver exceptional client outcomes in both the Vocational Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation Services.
For the first 9 to 12 months, you will be working on Vocational Rehabilitation Services, delivering Stay at Work (SAWs) programmes before starting in other contracts.

Clinical supervision / Clinical Advisor support

Essential skills for this role
Progression towards bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or Physiotherapy
Interpersonal / Communication Skills – ability to build trust and communicate with clients to manage their rehab effectively.
Problem solving and resilience – using your critical thinking skills to solve problems and ability to stay positive and motivated despite challenges and setbacks.
Empathy and compassion – overall we are looking for good humans who are passionate about helping others and enabling better lives!
