About The Role
Join a leading rehabilitation provider based across New Zealand. A great leadership role, with a split across supporting a team and maintaining your hands on skills working across a range of contracts. As a lead physio you will be key in driving clinic performance, upskilling your team, and introducing improvements to the clinic and overall service. Collaborate with the wider MDT and network of people within the company.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment through regular team meetings
- Ensure efficient running of the clinic, at times being flexible across two other Northshore clinics
- Manage any complaints or feedback from customers, ensuring a high level of service is provided
- Ensure ongoing development opportunities for the team and yourself
- Provide indepth and specialist treatments across a range of clients, including training for independence, MSK, rehab, pain management both in the community and clinic based settings.
- Maintain accurate reports that document and facilitate your clients' rehab journey

Annual Practicing certificate as registered Physiotherapist in New ZealandPrior experience working within New Zealand, unfortunately not accepting international applications for this positionHave obtained or working toward a Post graduate qualification, or wanting to do soStrong collaboration skills and ability to motivate a teamHave prior experience as a senior physio, or leading and supporting a teamExcellent communication & Interpersonal skillsA full driving licenceJoin a growing rehabilitation provider in a great role where you can make a difference within your team and local community.
