You will utilise well-developed clinical reasoning to manage complex presentations and support seamless care across the continuum.You will be supported by an experienced team of physiotherapists, physicians, nursing staff. This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical skills, develop audit and research skills. Post-graduate study is actively promoted. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, you will play a leadership role in developing capability within the team. This includes providing supervision, mentoring, and education to clinicians and students, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting service development. You will model best and evidence-based practice and play an active part in creating a strong learning, research, and improvement culture.We are committed to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and improving health equity for Maaori, Pasifika, and all communities we serve. Essential :
Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate
Minimum 5 years postgraduate physiotherapy experience
Minimum of 12 months respiratory or relevant acute / secondary care settings
Experience in clinical teaching, supervision, or mentoring of students or junior staff
Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills
Full drivers licence
