Are you an experienced physiotherapist looking to take the next step in your clinical career or wanting to move to a different clinical area, region or country?
We are seeking a motivated Senior Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist to join our outpatient interdisciplinary team.
Clinical responsibilities will include supporting youth and adults with respiratory issues or people living with other conditions impacting on their respiratory health.
This is a key role where your clinical expertise will contribute to delivering safe, effective, patient-centric and outcomes-focused care for patients and their whaanau.
As a senior clinician, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment, and consultation within respiratory care, working collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.
You will utilise well-developed clinical reasoning to manage complex presentations and support seamless care across the continuum.
You will be supported by an experienced team of physiotherapists, physicians, nursing staff.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical skills, develop audit and research skills.
Post-graduate study is actively promoted.
In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, you will play a leadership role in developing capability within the team.
This includes providing supervision, mentoring, and education to clinicians and students, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and supporting service development.
You will model best and evidence-based practice and play an active part in creating a strong learning, research, and improvement culture.
