About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from New Graduate Physiotherapists to join our team at Health New Zealand Waitematā end of 2025 / start of 2026.

Waitematā provides a great opportunity to start your physiotherapy career in an engaging, fun and supportive learning environment.

The rotational programme gives you the opportunity to participate in a wide range of clinical settings to further develop your skills and competencies in physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning across North Shore, Waitakere Hospital and Wilson Centre sites.

• Full time work (80 hours / fortnight)
• Development of core physiotherapy skills through a rotational programme
• Excellent support from clinical coaches, and senior clinicians in all areas of practice
• Support for development and growth clinically and professionally through personal objectives.

• In-house career development with regular in-services, training, and education opportunities
• Networking with allied health clinical leaders, senior, staff grade and rotational clinicians across the organisation.

About the Team / Service / Location

This programme gives you the opportunity to participate in a wide range of clinical settings to further develop your undergraduate skills and competencies in physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and discharge planning.

We offer a two-tier rotational scheme within Health New Zealand / Te Whatu Ora Waitematā at three sites across the district.

Core 1 rotational positions are 4 months long and offer experience in :
