We are seeking an experienced and proactive Laboratory Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations and safety management of a dynamic, multi-user laboratory facility. The Laboratory Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the lab environment is well‑organized, compliant with safety and regulatory standards, and fully functional to support research and development activities. This role requires strong expertise in lab operations, facility and resource management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. The Laboratory Senior Manager will serve as the key point of contact for lab users and play a critical role in enabling efficient, safe, and productive work across diverse scientific activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lab Operations & Administration :

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the laboratory to maintain a highly organized, efficient, and productive environment for all users.
• Implement lab policies, workflows, and procedures that promote safe and efficient operations.
• Manage lab access control, user onboarding, and orientation, ensuring all users are familiar with facility rules, resources, and operational expectations.
• Monitor lab space usage and ensure equitable and effective allocation of workstations and resources.
• Serve as the main point of contact for lab‑related matters, user coordination, and escalation and resolution of operational issues.
