We achieve this through strategic partnerships and advisory work with entities that deliver and control services in the takiwa.

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee the daily activities and continue to improve our organisational processes.

This role requires interface with key government stakeholders and noho-i-te-tuturu, those who hold rangatiratanga within takiwa.

Therefore, experience of hapu, Crown Agencies and Iwi is an advantage.Ideal candidateAs the ideal candidate you will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple, diverse areas for maximum productivity, and be able to work, with values, to the kaupapa.

You will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and a high level of understanding of the operational compliance necessary for an entity with Charitable status.Our Ideal Candidate / sKnowledge of Te Ngai Tuahuriri or comparable maori entity and the complexity of systems built on relationshipsBe able to lead legal and safety assurance processes to ensure that activities remain compliant including Charitable statusAn affinity for the needs and aspirations of Maori whanau and our wider communityExcellent financial acumen, written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated relational and negotiation skills to achieve common goalsThe ability to adapt and pivot to the needs of an emerging entityWorking knowledge of management software programsA tertiary qualification in a relevant fieldTo applyTo apply, request the position description, or for confidential enquiries please email
