Job descriptionProven leadership in the Joinery industry (essential). Strong sales and business development track record. Commercially savvy with excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to deliver projects to a high standard, on time and on budget.
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our established joinery business. This is a senior role for someone with proven industry experience, strong commercial acumen, and the leadership skills to drive growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead operations, projects, and business strategy.
- Grow revenue through sales, business development, and industry connections.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting.
- Build strong client, supplier, and contractor relationships.
- Mentor and develop the team while ensuring quality and compliance.
