We need a special person who is experienced, responsible and calm and most importantly loves staying up all night! This is a full-time permanent role for someone who has solid Night Audit, Hotel Reception or accounting experience.

5 Night shifts per week. Available to work weekend night audit shifts.

You are confident and experienced in Hotel Front Office Guest Service and have carried out night audit procedures in the past and / or been a Duty Manager.

You are comfortable with taking charge of challenging situations, including leading a fire evacuation should the need arise.

This is a busy position as we have many guests still checking in / out of the hotel during the night due to our location close to Auckland Airport. You will not be bored!

About You :

Eager to provide top service to our guests.

Is able to use initiative and problem solve issues that arise.

Has a good eye for detail, love numbers, and can thoroughly audit and balance the Hotel's accounts at night, as well as act with the utmost integrity to investigate and report discrepancies.

Has previous hotel PMS software experience, including Front Office guest service experience (Reception or Night Audit).

Happy to turn your hand to a range of guest-service tasks to ensure all guest needs are met.
