Job Description

• Conduct thorough night audits and ensure accuracy across revenue postings, financial reports, and daily reconciliations.
• Manage the hotel’s night operations, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate reporting, and readiness for the next business day.
• Maintain guest and property safety by overseeing night-time security protocols, incident management, and compliance with legal standards.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the night, resolving guest needs promptly and upholding Accor’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Lead and support the Front Office team, coordinating across departments to ensure consistent service delivery during overnight shifts.
