Positioned in Auckland, the hotel seeks a full-time Night Auditor to provide friendly, efficient and accurate service at the front desk during arrivals, departures, and guest queries.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals; manage check-ins / outs, payments, keys
• Reconcile the day’s takings : post and audit transactions, balance cash / card, resolve variances
• Run end-of-day and night audit reports for Finance and Front Office
• Monitor safety and security; complete floor walks and log incidents
• Handle enquiries and issues calmly; escalate when needed
• Prepare morning handover and set up reports / systems for the next shift
• Maintain accurate records; follow SOPs, privacy and cash-handling standards
• Respond to after-hours incidents and alarms; follow emergency procedures and coordinate with Security
