About the Role
The Senior Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Project Management team by coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality work programmes. This includes monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks, while also facilitating stakeholder communications and meetings to keep projects on track. With multiple projects running concurrently, the coordinator provides cross-project support and expertise to help meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

The Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology (PSC&HTM) team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora are a national function with a vast and complex scope. They play a critical role in ensuring the availability, safety, and efficiency of clinical and non-clinical goods and services across the health system. Responsible for managing and influencing over $9 billion in annual spend, the team are central to delivering high-quality patient outcomes and standardising product usage across regions.
About you
As an experienced coordinator or project professional, you bring strong leadership in managing projects and mentoring others, particularly in governance. You are a confident and effective communicator who excels at supporting senior leadership and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes.
