In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is on minimizing loss from all sources by :

Identifying loss patterns

Uncovering potential internal theft

Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour

Being a health & safety champion

Removing opportunities for theft

Ensuring a safe and secure store environment

Our Botany store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team.

This is a part-time role working on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

To be successful in this role, you will :

Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Be confident and remain calm under pressure

Be comfortable handling situations of conflict

Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers

Maintain the highest level of integrity and honesty at all times
