Job description
A public sector organization in Wellington is seeking an experienced Manager People and Culture to lead a diverse HR team during a peak period, supporting the delivery of New Zealand's largest event with approximately 27,000 roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This is a 12-month fixed term role starting March 1, 2026, with a salary range of $170k-$189k.
