The role
You’ll be across the full employee lifecycle , with plenty of variety in your day. One day you’ll be recruiting or running a development session; the next, you might be refining a process or contributing to strategic planning.
This role has two reports.
You’ll be inheriting well-set-up systems and a tidy platform — however, there’s space to make your mark and bring your own style.
We are ideally looking for somebody who has experience with Health and Safety leadership and knows their way around the NZ legislation (bonus points for a qualification in this space!). If this isn’t you at the moment, tell us how you would approach bridging the gap.
