You will be joining the team at a very exciting time, working with company leaders to drive revenue and lead client relationships.Vistar Media is looking for an experienced Account Director to drive the New Zealand business.
The candidate, reporting into Sales & Partnership Director, will establish working relationships with agencies, trading desks, and data partners to grow the Vistar brand name in New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and work independently whilst also being a team player, helping to maintain the Vistar culture both internally and externally.
Relationships with and driving revenue from both agency planning and investments teams and programmatic teams.
The role is entrepreneurial and the candidate should be ready for hard work and to get involved in whatever comes their way whilst we grow the team but should be prepared for a fun and rewarding journey without the bureaucracy of a large company.What you'll do : Expand our advertiser client portfolio through agency and brand relationshipsMaintain media kits, presentations, and general marketing materialProvide input on product based on client feedback that will help drive revenueDevelop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long-term value of client relationshipsRaise demand-side awareness of Vistar Media as the first and only exchange for DOOHLeverage MSA and trading desk relationships at agency holding companies to grow clientele and build larger partnershipsWork closely with Account Management to respond to RFPs from existing and potential clients, manage key clients and partners and ensure proper delivery of campaignsWork closely with the Analytics team to understand client's success metrics and put together comprehensive measurement strategies that resonate with the distinct KPIs of the client / verticalPartner and work closely with key clients from both a strategic and day-to-day perspective, being the main point of contact for all aspects of the client relationship from pre to post-saleThink outside the box / be highly creativeBe willing to learn new technologiesWhat experience we're looking for : 2 - 5 year's experience working in a client-facing role for a media, online or technology firmBe an ambassador for Vistar, helping to make us THE place to work in the ANZ ad-tech industryMust be able to establish good working relationships with managers, employees and clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills must be demonstrated.Intermediate working knowledge of Excel and PowerPointBachelor's degreeWho you are : A self-starter who is excited to join and grow our New Zealand business.Ability to self manage conflicting priorities and deadlines; excellent time management skills.Proactive in identifying opportunities in your accounts.If you're ambitious, highly driven, and interested in making an impact, Vistar is the place for you.
