With nearly 30 specialists across strategy, design, development, and marketing, we deliver high-impact digital experiences for well-known brands, the largest not-for-profit portfolio in the country, and an expanding client base across Australia and EMEA.

This pivotal role sits in a team that’s continually evolving, experimenting with smarter, sharper solutions for marketing websites, digital platforms, and customer journeys. We’re looking for someone who understands what great digital customer experience looks like and thrives on working with cross-functional teams to make it real.

What you’ll do

• Lead multi-disciplinary digital accounts from strategy through delivery and optimisation
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and guide them through experience design, platform development, and digital marketing
• Deliver projects that are commercially viable, creatively excellent, and built for long-term success
• Help lead digital transformation and optimisation across the full customer experience
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and marketers to craft best-in-class experiences across front-end, back-end, and content platforms
• Own a commercial portfolio, contributing to Flight’s ongoing growth in New Zealand and abroad
