Mitre 10 MEGA is a household name in home improvement, proudly serving Kiwi communities for decades. With some of our team moving to support the new Prestons store, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to step into a 2IC role in our Paint department.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the department team leader in daily operations and team coordination
- Providing expert advice on paint types, finishes, and colour matching
- Assisting customers with product selection for interior and exterior projects
- Managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and promotional setups
- Taking charge of the department when the team leader is away
