The Assistant Store Manager will lead with a customer-first mindset, deliver great in-store experiences, and inspire the team to achieve this every day.In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to motivate your team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction, coach for high performance, oversee day-to-day store operations, manage the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you are the first point of contact for your team to ensure high-quality customer service.ResponsibilitiesLead with a customer-first mindset; coach and inspire the team to create exceptional customer experiences and build loyalty to the brand and store.Drive store performance to meet financial budgets and targets by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory, and operations.Prioritise time, tasks, and processes to maximise return on investment in retail operations.Create a positive and motivating store environment; nurture a culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed through feedback, coaching, training, and recognition; attract, recruit and develop top talent.What's in it for you?
