Senior Landscaper Needed As We Expand.

With up coming work and company expansion we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Landscaper to join our team.

You will play a key role in driving the business forward by implementing new systems and processes, managing and coordinating a team of landscapers and ensuring that all projects meet deadlines.

This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities : ? Lead and coordinate a team of landscapers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

• ? Implement new operational systems and technology to enhance efficiency.
• ? Display strong leadership and mentorship to guide and support team members.
• ? Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
• ? Maintain hands-on involvement in day-to-day landscaping tasks.
• ? Uphold honesty, reliability and integrity in all aspects of the role.

Ideal Candidate : ? Proven experience in landscaping with a strong background in managing and coordinating teams.
