On a day-to-day basis, you will : Handle escalated diagnostic casesExecute repair tasks and maintenance to meet and exceed dealership and brand standardsPerform vehicle diagnostics, services, and repairsWork closely with service advisors and workshop control to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for our customers.Achieve and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiencyStay ahead of the curve with mandatory factory trainingAbout YouOur ideal candidate is a passionate and qualified Automotive Technician with a track record of excellence in a similar role.

We're seeking someone who brings : Minimum 5 years luxury vehicle experienceVAG experience is highly advantageous ( Audi ,VW ,Porsche , Lamborghini , Skoda , Cupra)Master technician Qualification is highly advantageousThe expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issuesExceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with our team and customersA full, clean, and current driver licenseStrong problem-solving abilitiesWhat We OfferWhen you join Giltrap Group, you're joining New Zealand's leading automotive group.
