If you're brand-trained, confident with complex diagnostics (especially in late-model or electric platforms), and you've earned your stripes as the go-to tech in your team — keep reading.What You'll Be Doing : Taking charge of advanced diagnostics, fault-finding, and problem-solvingWorking with the latest factory tools and systems to deliver top-quality resultsCollaborating with a sharp, efficient team to get vehicles back on the road quickly and accuratelyKeeping on top of technical updates and ongoing training (because you know the learning never stops)Supporting less experienced techs with your know-how and cool-headed approachStaying customer-focused and documentation-savvy — attention to detail matters hereYou're Someone Who : Has 5+ years under the bonnet and is confident working on premium or European vehiclesHolds a trade qualification and preferably some OEM or EV-specific trainingLoves a technical challenge and thrives on solving the jobs others can'tKnows your way around diagnostic platforms and isn't afraid to dig deep to get answersBrings a calm, professional presence to the workshopHas a full NZ driver's licence and a great attitudeWhat's In It for You : Top-notch pay of $38-$40 ph (more for those with exceptional skills) plus performance bonuses – because your expertise should never go unnoticedFull time, permenant employment offering 40 hours per week plus the occassional overtime if you want itRegular manufacturer training – keep building your skills with the latest updates and techA down-to-earth team of pros – work alongside people who know their stuff and have each other's backsState-of-the-art workshop – modern tools, clean bays, and everything set up to help you do your best workSupportive management structure that supports you when neededReady to Chat?
