Amigos Wanaka is looking for a Server to join our crew on a part time contract!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

Escort customers to their tables.

Describe and recommend beverages to customers.

Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Inform guests of daily specials.

Take orders from guests for food or beverages, using the handheld units tableside, or PoS screens as appropriate.

Answer guests questions knowledgeably.

Serve food or beverages, and clear away dishes.

Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Prepare itemised checks.

Collect payments from guests and ensure that payments are correct.

Clean tables or counters after guests have finished.

Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks.

Stock service areas with supplies of cutlery, napkins etc.

Server / Bartender Job Description :

Provide exceptional service to all customers consistent with the Amigos standard

Take care of customers all the way from greeting them to payment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise reporting to duty manager if need be

Maintain a clean environment both for guests and your team

If working on the bar the knowledge and ability to learn and make all the beverages we serve
