As part of this transformation, we are building a smarter, more connected data ecosystem and we need a dynamic Business Intelligence leader to help us get there.As Team Leader Business Intelligence, you will lead a talented team of BI developers to deliver trusted, timely, and actionable insights.

You will champion the use of Power BI and modern data platforms to support evidence-based decision-making across TEC and the wider tertiary education sector.

This is your opportunity to shape how data drives performance, accountability, and innovation.This is a newly established permanent position which is strictly based in Wellington.

You will provide strategic and technical leadership, ensuring TEC's BI products are scalable, modern, and impactful.

You will also drive the adoption of data literacy and champion the use of Power BI, Databricks, and other tools to deliver insights that support TEC's goals.Key responsibilities include :
