About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a physio who loves using clinical Pilates as part of treatment and movement rehabilitation, along with your MSK skills.

You'll work with a diverse client base, from injury rehabilitation to proactive strength and mobility — integrating Pilates into treatment and ongoing wellness programs.

What You'll Do

Manage a varied MSK caseload (private + ACC + Careway + Sports optional) with full front-desk and marketing support.

Collaborate with shared learning, second opinions, and case reviews, in-services.

Lead or contribute to specialty streams you care about.

Conduct physiotherapy assessments, evidence-based treatments, education.

Integrate Pilates (Reformer) into rehabilitation and performance programs.

Run 1 : 1 and small group Pilates-based sessions.

Empower clients with education and exercises to move confidently.

Key Skills

Building rapport and communicating clearly with clients, referrers, and teammates.

Blending evidenced-based practices including manual therapy, specific exercise, load management, and education to empower and encourage.

Using outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide progress.

Confidently use Reformer Pilates to get your clients moving.

Keeping organized, timely notes (Gensolve), referrals, exercise programs (Physi App) and navigating ACC pathways with confidence.

What We're Looking For

NZ-registered Physiotherapist with a current APC or eligibility to obtain.

Current NZ Work visa.

Pilates training (Reformer training a must, but Mat and Equipment training a plus).

A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach.

Private practice MSK experience + growth mindset.
