Te Kotuku Rerenga Tahi Te Kotuku Rerenga Tahi is APM's two-year graduate programme.
APM have been running a programme for New Graduates since
APM New Graduates are welcomed into our team and supported to deliver exceptional client outcomes in both the Vocational Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation Services.
For the first 9 to 12 months, you will be working on Vocational Rehabilitation Services, delivering Stay at Work (SAWs) programmes before starting in other contracts.
What the programme offers Dedicated supervision and shadowing senior clinicians.

Weekly new Graduate education sessions Fortnightly structured service specific learning Facilitated fortnightly reflective sessions with peers Clinical supervision / Clinical Advisor support Weekly coaching sessions Focus Groups Korero (panel to review cases) Professional development through our Learning Management System.
