We have an exciting fixed-term, part-time opportunity for a registered nurse looking to work in cancer care.
Dunedin Hospital is the Cancer Centre for southern, with satellite treatment areas across the southern district.
This role includes the following :Work across a variety of areas in medical oncology, radiation oncology and haematologyAdministration of chemotherapy and all supportive treatments, monitoring patients receiving radiation therapy, and providing clinic support for patientsOccasionally there may be times when you are needed to work within the acute ward 8CMonday to Sunday rostered shifts or as directed by the leadership teamHealth New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.We take pride in all the services we provide, and our aim is to improve, promote and protect the health of our region.
