Job Description
The Care Centre Administrator provides full‑time administration and coordination support to the Care Centre Manager, enabling the manager to focus on critical care tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer daily operations and coordination tasks to ensure smooth running of the Care Centre.
- Maintain accurate rosters, schedules, and calendars.
- Support resident support diary creation and activity calendar.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating regulator reporting, communication, and crisis management.
- Execute troubleshooting tasks for any issues arising in the Care Centre.
Qualifications
Proven ability to provide administrative support to a management team.Great attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.Independent worker who takes initiative and works independently.Strong communicator with people from all walks of life.Customer service background with strong administration skills.Master of rosters – rostering experience in care is a bonus.Benefits
