We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Administrator to provide vital support to our National Manager Clinical Quality & Audit and National Clinical Skills Lead. This is a key support role ideally suited to a graduate, ensuring that our valued Clinical leaders can focus on their national responsibilities and effectively support their clinical teams.

You'll be working a 40-hour week in our friendly Kapiti offices, working closely with passionate professionals who are committed to delivering excellence in clinical quality and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate agendas and minutes for national clinical and quality meetings
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Monitor reporting timeframes for incidents, complaints, and quality improvements
  • Maintain and update the policy and procedure library
  • Assist in formatting and building eLearning modules using Articulate Rise or similar tools
  • Conduct proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and consistency
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tools
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is desirable - training provided
  • Experience with video creation and eLearning tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline) is desirable - training provided
  • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning content
  • Strong attention to detail in layout and formatting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
