This role blends technical challenge with people engagement and gives you space to make a meaningful impact.Responsibilities include : Delivering high-quality audits in line with NZ auditing standardsReviewing financial statements and handling technical matters with confidenceManaging and strengthening client relationships across multiple sectorsCoaching junior team members and supporting their developmentPlanning, executing, and finalising audit engagements with autonomyAbout You : CA or CPA qualifiedAt least 3 years of external audit experience in a New Zealand CA firmExperience with CaseWareComfortable leading engagements and managing client relationshipsEnjoy mentoring junior staff and fostering a team cultureExcellent communication skills—written and verbalWhat's in it for You?
