Contract Manager - Liveable Streets

OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Region's Senior Leadership Team and lead our Liveable Streets Road Maintenance Contract team in Auckland.Liveable Streets is a joint venture between Higgins and HEB Construction to deliver the South Rural Road Corridor Maintenance Contract for Auckland Transport.

The Liveable Streets team is well established and performing well, in year 3 of the 10 year contract.

They are responsible for sealed and unsealed road maintenance, emergency management, customer and stakeholder management and a large programme of surfacing renewals and rehabilitation works.In this role you will lead a large team to successfully deliver all network maintenance and renewals, including all aspects of commercial and financial performance, variation pricing, client liaison and work programming.
