We have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join our experienced Building Structures team in Christchurch. In this role, you will contribute to Structural Engineering projects within the Property & Buildings Group, delivering a high-quality professional consultancy service. You will work on interesting and complex built environment projects across Wellington, New Zealand, and the world, applying your expertise to develop innovative and future-focused solutions.

About you

• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, BE (Structural or Civil) with Washington Accord or equivalent.
• Ideally Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of structural or civil engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building structures.
• Confident with seismic engineering for buildings, including design for resilience and assessment.
• Excellent knowledge of the relevant design codes, standards, guidelines, and practices.
