We're looking for a dedicated

Immigration Adviser (Licensed or Provisional)

to join our busy, high-performing team and make a genuine impact in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will :

Manage an existing portfolio of

Hindi-speaking clients

, ensuring they receive expert guidance and exceptional service

Prepare and lodge visa applications across a variety of categories (Work, Partnership, Employer Accreditation, Investor Category, and more)

Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring strong applications and timely responses to INZ inquiries

Maintain accurate case management records and stay up to date with immigration instruction changes

Build trusted, long-term relationships within the Hindi community, with full support from our team

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Hindi and English

(written and spoken) is essential

Current or provisional

Immigration Adviser Licence

preferred (or ability to obtain licensing)

Strong working knowledge of NZ immigration instructions and operational manuals

Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Strong client relationship management skills, with a professional and ethical approach
